This is a quick overview of the health care regulations with teeth. Things that are a normal way of doing business in other industries can cause a physician to lose their license and potentially be put in jail and out of business. As in house counsel for a medical practice "super-group", I am in the process of buying a couple hundred copies of this book to distribute to all of my company's physicians. I am hoping this book will help them know when they should step back from a practice that might get them in trouble.
